Spring Roof Tips – It’s time to do a spring visual from the ground up. Look up for roof problems:
- lifting or missing shingles
- damage drip edge
- buckling loose or missing flashing
- missing or exposed fasteners
- sagging or broken gutters

Another Spring Roof Tip – Clean your gutters!
During the month of April when showers are likely, it’s important to clean out any winter debris that may have built up – leaves, sticks and branches. When gutters fill with debris – this can cause clogs and result in water creeping under the shingles and causing severe water damage to your roof.
The Roof Guy suggests cleaning your gutters at a minimum of once a year. You should do it more often if you have overhanging trees and after a big storm.
